Ciel said nothing more but nodded in assent as Regent spoke. Her arms were still around herself as she pondered exactly how she was to become such an accomplished lady and think for herself and make her own decisions.
She stood there, right next to Thane, and waited for the Elite's next move. She had her orders. She just needed more information so that she could follow them.

The great hound watches and waits. He too is uncertain of the future but come what may, his path is clear now. Thane straightens and his arms fold over his barrel of a chest. "By your pardon... What are we to address our new lord by? Thane asks looking at odds and visibly uncomfortable calling a stranger master or My Liege.

Regent stands before his new loyal subjects as his clothes begin to whisk about him and form into a nice set of stylish wares. Each garment fit for a royal but black as night. Little accents of orange and blue creep along the material weaving to and fro forming intricate designs and eventually the crest of the high king appears, embroidered in the elements upon his chest piece and cloak. His youthful bald head begins to grow black hair and it is streaked with silvery snow and ice to look debonair and distinguished. His eyes crackle to life as he swoops up the tiny figurine from the dirt floor. He steps up to Ciel and presents her with the fine figurine. "A gift for you to remember your oath and how your courage, fear, sorrow and hope will color and guide you to your future. Remember this tear you have shed and use that passion to light your way." The tiny figure holds up a crystallized tear she wiped away from Ciel and then moves no more.
Regent looks to the rachet and speaks, "Come Thane, I believe you were headed for the pub. I should like to drink with you and celebrate our new allegiance. I believe that a servant lord as myself deserves no special treatment, you may call me Regent for I have no name. If that is not suiting you then Chancellor will do as well. Come Ciel, warm blood will do you well as we have much to pre-pair for tomorrow. But tonight we shall forget our woes and celebrate our new acquaintance." Regent then begins to make for the shattered door.

Ciel nods, taking the figurine. "Thank you Regent. I will keep it well."
As she tucks it away in her top, she puts her arms behind her back and stretches, preparing to follow the men. "Of course Chancellor. I have been lax in feeding as of late..."

"We shall attend to your new wardrobe and set a new standard for the ladies of the kingdom, Lady Ciel. Regent smiles at her and walks through the splintered door. "This simply won't do... He raises his hand and in it is a shimmering ribbon of energy. He spins the tiny thread through the splinters and twisted metal. Like watching a film in reverse, the torn wood and metal reform into the former doors they had been before. Regent then waves his hand again and the shimmering ribbon disappears into the nothing from which Regent had plucked it from. "That's much better. He takes the handle and holds it open for the others to exit the armory arena.

" A new...wardrobe? " Ciel looked confused as she watched him remake the door. Then she turned to Regent and said, "Am I not dressed correctly Chancellor? "

Thane is impressed some by the repair of the door. Most things mystical have been a mystery to him, but time displacement makes his fur stand on end. "How?... Control of the elements is one thing... but to master time shifting is dangerous as well as demanding tremendous skill." Thane says bluntly as he peers at Regent kinda dumbfounded. "Even the most skilled sorcerers of the order won't tamper with the time stream for its dire consequences for failure."

Regent twitches his nose waiting for the two to exit the Arena. As Ciel asks of her attire Regent smiles and nods his head. "This is where we shall begin your education Ciel. To be one of state one must dress for that stately office. Your attire is great if not ideal for a dancer/entertainer of the royal court. However your new station is far beyond servant now, you'll serve only me now, and your attire must provide that visual cue to those whom you will be addressing on my behalf. " Regent looks concerned for the moment as he looks away from Ciel at Thane and his off topic ramblings. "Don't worry Ciel, I will choose your garments that will play perfectly to your strengths and unusual beauty. We shall try to make them comfortable for you as well should you desire to dance for a stately guest or two."
Regent can't ignore Thane for long as the hound makes an odd but compelling argument. "Time is also an element Thane, but not a tangible one that is easily mastered. However mysterious as the continuum may appear, it to has rules and parameters that can be learned and therefore controlled. Fear not my grand hound, I won't be lost to the stream as so many others before me that have been turned to dust buy their lack of understanding the time matrix.

Ciel nodded and listened to Regent as they walked. As he spoke, she began to look at her clothing inquisitively. She didn't even look up as they walked along, and she spoke almost as though she were thinking out loud. "Only you Chancellor? What is the chance of my Queen's return? I would not like to anger her..."
She heard Thane's statement and Regent's answer, but paid it no real mind. She was curious about her new wardrobe. Walking next to Regent, she clasped her hands behind her adorably and looked to him with shiny excited eyes. "I may still dance? I will certainly enjoy that. I must thank you for that Chancellor...I must see how this clothing can be made to be beautiful and useful for dancing...do you require certain colors for me sir?"

Regent smiles at Ciel and her Innocent of not childlike questions. "Your inquisitive nature is good, but you must pay attention and learn to hear what I am telling you without having me spelling it out for you." Regent raises his eye brows a bit as he speaks. "Yes you are to serve only me, while I stand as Regent to the crown... no more... and as I had stated before, I am merely the shadow of the throne, as our lovely and terrible queen Ereskigal is found and her office restored, I will be returned to my slumber for the next time I may be needed. You, however, will be at her mercy for what tasks will be expected and appointed to you then. Till that time comes I shall groom you to help me meet the objectives of restoring and maintaining the crown." Regent slowly turns and walks more as they approach the grand hall of the palace. "Our queen confided in you with many things as her hand maiden and concubine, I will require key elements of that knowledge to rule in her stead and not stray from her established, all be it an unorthodox style of rule." He says with a sly quirk to his ghostly voice.
