Lamya DeLucifer: The Angelic Demon, The Forgotten Daughter
Basic Personality: Lamya lives for her sometimes lover Logos, she does everything in his name even pray, or so she says. She blames her father for Logos banishment and passionately hates him and all demons, especially her fathers favored daughter Ereshkigal. She splits her time between plotting to destroy all the demons in hell and ways to end her lover’s banishment and perhaps go to heaven herself. Lamya rarely admits it even to herself but a great part of her love for Logos is that he could redeem her and create a way for her into heaven. This is her hearts desire and even though she knows it is impossible she continues to strive to reach heaven both for herself and Logos.
She is a very good organizer and has a deep and well placed network of spies and informants on earth as well as in hell. She has learned how to ask just the right questions and sow just the right amount of doubt into minds. She maintains most of her relationships with anyone with a certain amount of deceit, even Logos doesn’t usually know what she is planning to do.
Brief History: Lamya is one of many daughters of the Devil. She was always a very quiet girl, who mostly stayed out of the palace life unless it intruded upon her. Her mother was a succubus's slave and was a very strong influence on her early life. She thought she knew what love was, even twisted and warped. But her mother was bitter at the fact that she had only once ever caught Lucifer’s eye and often told her daughter that her father didn’t care. She saw from afar how he doted on his youngest daughter Ereshkigal and hated them both for it. She was nominally friends with Orchid before the fosterage of Ereshkigal but after even that tenuous relationship perished. She fled to Earth and became a mercenary. She learned to fight with many, many weapons through the ages and is a master of weapons. After a time she became religious and began to search out the fallen that remained on Earth to learn more of the truth about Heaven. One by one she was turned from their doors, for being a demon and the daughter of their doom. Finally she approached Logos, and he instead of turning her away he welcomed her and began in his own demented way to teach her. To distract him from his pain at being exiled Lamya began to use the arts she learned from her mother, for many years he resisted but after his unsuccessful flight he began to appreciate her actions. After the Last War Lamya heard of her fathers death and her half-sister’s accession. She began to wonder if by destroying her half-sister and killing all her supporters she could gain the attention of those on high for her to plead Logos case… and her own. Now she is working to kill Ereshkigal and destroy the support of the loyal court so that she may step in and take up the crown.
Weakness (es): Over-confidence: Lamya is sure that her younger sister is just a spoiled brat, she never understood the power wielded by her father or now by her younger half-sister. She has studied her sister’s tactics and knows how to work around them.
Blind Love: Her love for Logos blinds her to any faults he may have, she never realized the amount of damage done to him by his second fall and to certain amount that she is deluding herself into thinking she loves him.
Powers: Seduction: Lamya can become sexually irresistible to a being of either sex anytime she wishes. It takes a strong will to resist her seduction and even a strong will can be eroded over time or in moments of weakness.
Mental Web: She can catch the mind of some one who meets her eyes in a mental vice, causing them to fall into a catatonic state for a few hours, lose consciousness, go into a coma and die within twenty four hours.
Blood Call: If an opponent is wounded Lamya can call the blood from their body into a being to fight for her.
Magical Items: DemonSlayer: A sword created expressly for the purpose of killing demons. To those of full demon blood it is all but instantly fatal.
Perseus Plate: this plate armor allows her to fly much faster and more agilely than normal.
Normal Items: Picture of mother, gold and ruby necklace.
Appearance: Lamya has auburn, slightly longer than waist length hair, which she normally keeps rolled up in a bun around a steel rod. She also keeps a small knife in her bun. She normally wears tight dresses with flowing split skirts and leather armor, made from demon skin. Lamya also wears a ruby and gold necklace and matching belt. Her skin is pale but her nails and eyes are naturally red, she is tall but when she hides her red feathered wings under a cloak she can pass for human.
