Ciel and the Queen have been gone for a few hours- leaving Thane more or less alone in the Throne Room. Finally there is the sound of a door opening.

Ciel strides carefully into the Throne Room and right up to Thane. Tapping his massive shoulder, she looks thoroughly as though she had been enjoying herself. She speaks to him in short bursts.
"We've found out things. Something about a woman, tall like a Fallen, seemed out of place...Fallen in a cloak, but terrifying...a demonling stealing a journal full of notes... and that is all."
Her smile was strangely empty yet fuller than he'd ever have seen on her.

Thane turns his head slowly to Ciel. He is still chewing with his thick teeth crunching the remnants of the bone he brought in earlier. His eyes widen as Ciel rambles of the mysterious information provided by Celesta's confession. "Well... its a start..." Thane mutters with the bone sticking out of his giant trap. He grabs the bone in his huge paw and holds it like it were a lollipop. "Did she give a location?" Thane asks pointedly, "Or a name... to go with the description?"

Ciel, still smiling oddly, shakes her head slowly. "She kept claiming that was all she knew...and then screaming. The beautiful screaming..."
She twirls just a bit and then giggles like a child. "I enjoyed that very much... you should have been there..."

"Yes... Judging by your euphoric state... it must have been very entertaining." Thane nods. "Have you brought back my links?" Thane says gesturing to his black chain. "I seriously doubt Celesta will be needing restraint any longer." Thane grunts and begins to gnaw on the gnarled bone again.

Ciel curtseys in a swift gesture. "I forgot about them,Master Thane. Forgive me.Would you like me to retrieve them for you, or will you ask for them yourself?"
She comes out of her curtsey with her face and head facing him dead on. She liked being able to talk to him. He was rather interesting after all.

There is a rustling under the throne and a long slimy tentacle reaches out depositing the afformentioned object at Thanes feet- along with a note.
-Pardon my forgetfulness- it reads.

Ciel giggles at this and curtseys again.
"I suppose then, that you require nothing more of me Master Thane?"

Thane shrugs at Ciel, "I shall retrieve it sooner or... later..." Thanes voice carries off as the tentacle appears from the throne and deposits his links at the hound's feet. Thane reads the note and smirks a silent smirk. The chain uncoils and the solo links re-bond swiftly and the coils return with a blur to Thane's arm. "My thanks Majesty." Thane mutters reverently as he removes the bone from his maw again, then he looks at Ciel. "Before I go... I'll need something to identify your sisters with." Thane grumbles "Identifiable marks, a keepsake they would recognize... last known location... their names..." Thane nods. "Names would be good..."

Ciel's face glows just a bit more than before as she nods almost shyly. She slowly bends to her left ankle , just out of Thane's line of sight and stays there for the longest time, before slowly rising back to her full height. "This was given to me by the kittens. It has all three of our names inscribed upon it. The kittens had it made once upon a time. By whom, I do not know. How, I do not know. All I know is that they were very insistent upon my wearing this."
At this she motions for Thane to extend his paw. Inside his huge paw, she carefully places a silver anklet with a circle on it. Inside the circle,in gorgeous script lettering are three names.
Ciel, Fiere, and Mer Trakand.
Looking up to him, she replies, "Their names are Mer and Fiere. Second to me, Fiere is the eldest. She would be the one to best recognise the anklet. She was the one that orchestrated the whole thing to get it to me while we were in the troupe. As for distinguishing marks, Fiere would of course be the taller of the two...or at least, she was. She has a sort of patchwork coloration to her fur and a head of coppery hair like mine. Mer has a sort of dark blueish tint to her, and she has a head of black hair. They are both able to morph into their feline forms, so be on the lookout for that."
She turns her head slightly. "And as for their last known location...they were with Maldon's troupe before I left. I left after his "mysterious" death. After that, I would not even know where to start...if I would have known that, I would have looked for them years upon years ago."
She turns away completely now, more to hide her tears from Thane than anything. She forced a smile and quickly wiped her tears away before turning back to Thane and curtseying deeply. "I will be forever grateful to you if you find them Master Thane. And forever indebted, insofar as I am concerned."

Thane listens intently to Ciel as she describes her siblings. The tint of concern and sorrow in Ciel's voice dance in Thane's ears as she places the delicate anklet in his paw. Thane clinches onto it for a moment as Ciel turns from him in shame of her tears. He sniffs at it for a moment then he places it carefully into one of his special belt pack. "Fear not Ciel... They are as good as found." Thane smiles as he pops the bone in his mouth again. He speaks around it as he turns for the door, "After all this sort of thing is what I do best, Seek and Dest..." Thane stops himself and pulls the bone from his teeth. "Ahhh... Rescue." He nods. Then he makes for the door and slips out without a sound.
Thane makes for the armory and gathers a new dagger to replace the one he gave Ciel, collect a few smoke bombs, and makes for the City gate.
His thoughts are now of a more vile nature as he thinks of the tall cloaked figure and the demonling thief. 'First things first' he ponders to himself, 'acquire the guide the Queen spoke of.' He nods as he begins to head for the Demons pub, the best place to seek those who wish to remain unknown. His command to raise the gate is solemn as is his mood as he ventures into the silent dark.

Ciel remains in her deep curtsey until Thane leaves. Then she sits on the floor and cries very softly.
