Name: Hallow Sancti - The Vestige
Basic Personality:
A lonely creature, quiet but sometimes exhibiting moments of near maniacal hilarity. Sancti is clearly unstable. Her thoughts center around the city from which she originated and its history. As the last repository of its knowledge, she views herself as little more than an animated curio and thus makes an attempt to have no personality. Though over seven thousand years of solitude, she's certainly developed one. Sancti will make every attempt to please whoever "owns" her, though she might personally dislike them and say so. She will ignore an order she dislikes or interpret orders in an unexpected manner. She will tell her "Master" if she thinks that something is a bad idea, providing that her "Master" has not annoyed or upset her recently. Generally due to her unique nature no one owns her for long unless she attempts to remain with them.
Brief History:
Lost to all but legend, a demonic city once stood on the edge of the Abyss. It was a great center for culture and science. The city it was realized would eventually be consumed by the abyss and so the demons who lived there began to work on a great project. Sancti, an offering to the Abyss, a vessel that would not degrade over time and could be outfitted with any physical virtue that Vesperia desired, by the changing or even adding of limbs. Their offering was refused as the city was surrounded but not consumed by the Abyss, Vesperia finding their arrogance insulting but their creation charming. She named Sancti herself in the dark frozen city. With most of it's inhabitants dead or fled much of the city's knowledge is presumed lost. But trapped alone for seven millennia, Sancti knows many lost secrets and will tell them to those who ask the right questions.
Powers and Abilities:
Avid Learner - Sancti, with nothing else to do learned everything she possibly could. She can recall much of it with proper prompting. This includes topics such as magical theory, construct crafting, ancient hellish history, abyssal manipulation/alchemy and a dozen or so more basic topics. She also has a basic idea of the very fiddly process used to construct her.
Little Things - Sancti can do some small magics, lighting candles, creating a cup of water. She can also do basic alchemy, such as pain relief potions, sleep potions and the like.
Blessed by the Abyss - Sancti can see and speak to Vesperia at the Abyss' will. Also she cannot be affected by the abyss or any power derived from it.
Impervious - Sancti does not feel heat or cold quite as much. She does not need to eat, drink or sleep. Advances by a Leccubi will only result in her frustration.
Replacement parts - Sancti has on hand a limited number of interchangeable limbs.
Flight - With her wings attached she can fly clumsily.
Fatal Weakness(es):
Breakable - Sancti's limbs, while very durable can crack and break if too damaged. Damaged limbs cannot be repaired. Once removed, damaged limbs will crumble to dust as the magic animating them dissipates.
Subservient - Sancti sees herself as an object feels she needs to be owned as long as she is in the company of other beings. If pressed she will obey any order from her "Master" even if it is to destroy herself. Though she would at least argue against anything she knows is likely to injure her.
Odd - What do think the effects of eons of solitude would be on someone? Sancti is a little weird even for Hell. She dislikes being left alone for long and will follow her current "master" around trying to get their attention if ignored.
Disobedient/Obedient - Depending on her mood with her "master" and her "master's" opinion on others she can either be helpful or very dangerous, outright lying to those she dislikes or is angry with even if given orders to the contrary. She may run away or attempt to change masters if mistreated too much.
Anxiety - She is aware that she has failed at her purpose and though Sancti tries to hide it she is deeply affected by this fact.
Emotional - Sancti is for all intents and purposes alive, despite her protestations to the contrary, she feels things quite strongly and thus reacts emotionally.
